Abstract: One of the most important archaeological topics and issues is Bactria-Margiana Archaeological Complex (BMAC) culture and its issues such as the history and origin of its formation, inside and outside regional communications, the interpretation of some of the similarities in the products of these culture adjacent areas. Since there are some similarities between the culture and Shahr-i sokhta (city burned), one of the most important settlements in the southeastern Iran and Sistan region, in products such as marble container, Metallic reticulated seals and certain burial methods (Cenotaph), there are discussions about the interpretation of these documents. Generally, these interpretations have been linked to human migration from north to south or vice versa. The main issue of this article is to study the reasons and evidences that could form a reasonable and acceptable explanation about the cause of the similarities among the culture of BMAC and Shahr-i sokhta in IV period. So it has been tried to survey the evidences of Shahr-I sokhta as much as possible. With Interpretation the reasons of the similarities, it can be proved not only the assumption of migration of BMAC people to Shahr-i sokhta is incorrect, but also it will be mentioned a new assumption about the migration of Shahr-i sokhta people to the north area in the half of third Millenary of B.C.
